We often hear this phrase “Be kind.”

But I think we also need to Be Kindled — awake, light up, on fire.

So this is a question I often ask:

I help people and organizations find and ignite their core story. This spark is then refined, through a collaborative process, into language that touches and motivates others.

I focus on the written word – crafting and polishing ideas for beauty, insight, and impact.

I believe that justice and the human spirit are deeply connected.

Justice allows us to see with clear eyes and a pure heart, to make changes in ourselves and in society based on knowledge of our diverse humanness – not on distortions, lies, and fear.

This is sacred and scary work. Trust is foundational. And adventure. Because the story will take us where it will take us – out into the world, and deep into our own shadows and light.
